Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Print Mill, operated by KATUUM INC. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes.
• Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully completed.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfill it.

• You are responsible for ensuring your design files are print-ready (sufficient resolution, correct dimensions).
• We recommend a minimum of 300 DPI for best print quality.
• Accepted formats: PDF, PNG, JPG, SVG, AI, EPS, TIFF, PSD.
• By uploading a file, you confirm that you own the rights to the design or have permission to print it.
• We are not responsible for print quality issues resulting from low-resolution or improperly formatted files.

Our committed turnaround time is 2-3 business days from order confirmation. If you need a rush order, contact us at contact@printmill.ca before ordering.

• We ship across Canada and the USA, with rates calculated at checkout.
• Free local delivery is included within the Ottawa area.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

• If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error on our part, we will reprint or refund at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
• We do not offer refunds for orders where the issue is caused by your design file (e.g., low resolution, incorrect colours, typos).
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, unless there is a defect on our end.
• Paper (economy) stickers are printed on matte paper, are not waterproof or laminated, and are delivered on letter-size sheets rather than cut individually. These limits are shown on the product page and confirmed by you before ordering, so paper stickers are not eligible for a reprint or refund because of water damage, fading, tearing, peeling, or being supplied on sheets. Printing errors on our part are still covered as above.

All content on this website (excluding your uploaded designs) is the property of KATUUM INC. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

Print Mill's liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
